The townhouses are dilapilated and unsafe. We currently are experiencing a tremendous amount of problems with broken dryer vent, broken window screens, windows without functional locks, cracked electrical outlets, incorrectly and dangerously installed bathroom ceiling fan, missing tiles in the shower, holes in the walls, dirty and torned wall paper in the kitchen, and stained carpet. Also, there are ant and bug problems. Jennifer, the current apartment manager, assured us that the maintence staff will resolve the problems within two weeks. Well, it?s been a month and a half later, and nothing has been fixed. Don?t live here. Trust the bad reviews because they are accurate. I wish I had believe them.
