The apartments llok nice when you first walk in. You soon realize that the leaking ceillings are just painted over. You "large" closets have doors that do not slide or fall off. Maintenance sends you notices when they are going to fix things (ie waterheaters, heater filters).....they should not bother since it is never done when the say. The hallways usually smell of a variety of things. The grounds are in bad shape. No one cleans up after their pets, garbage overflows the dumpsters, and there is nothing done about people in first floor apartments leaving garbage out in the grass. (most grass has already been killed by dog urine or the maintenance crew that drives and parks on it) Parking is horrible. I have been towed with a pass in my car. I still had to pay to get my car back and then sue to get my money back. There are not enough spaces for any quests. You have to drive to it since it is so far out. The office staff doesn't seem to think much of about the tenants and any problem will be blamed on you.

Overall, avoid this place....don't be lured in by the rent. You will pay more than they advertise esp if you bring a pet. (extra non-refundable deposit of up to $300 plus monthly fees)
