staff park trucks on the grass when not in use which ters up the yard. They refuse to replace things form the 1970's unless you renew another lease with them.. at 1, 2 and even 3 year leases... basically scamming you. Your rent pays for things they should have to do anyway. They leave appliances out lying in yard for months before having it hauled away. They LIE about improvements.. such as secutiy camera being installed and assigned parking spots..Never happened in 1 year i have been here. Took them a year to fire a maintenace guy who did horrrible work. He installed a custom new blind and put a cigarette burn in it! and that was the least of his bad work in my apartment alone. They don't maek sure that the building are healthy. Paint over hanging and pealing paint/ water stains from the ceiling.. They dont even do a good temporary fix. Seems to have gone downhill within the time I have been living here. Also look out for FLEAS!!!!!! make sure if you have a pet to have your pet on flea protection year round!!!!! major infestation!!!!!!! and they dont do anyting about it.. They maybe vacuum the hallways 1 time per month!!!! I have no problem paying maybe 50-100 more a month to get into a palce that is not ghetto.. A place that will feel comfortable.
