I live in a 3 BR townhome, and do not recommend at all living here. Our ac/heating vents did not work in two of the upstairs bedrooms when we moved in, and we continually informed them of this, and it was not until AFTER THANKSGIVING that they addressed the problem (but their solution barely helped at all). We've done tons of our own maintanence, because getting anyone over to our place is impossible(maintance staff is friendly when they do come over). Get used to duct tape if you want to even feel a little warm - we have added our own insulation on all of the windows and in tons of cracks. But even after they claimed to fix our heating vents, it requires a space heater in two of the rooms to even get a little warm, and we are paying almost $200/month in heating! Ant problem in the fall before it got cold. They contract with Tennis towing who tows all the time (including a guest who parked appropriately in the visitors lot, with a tag in his window with the right information, but he stuck it in the BACK window, and they still towed him!) Snow removal is POOR, takes them forever to get around to it. My roommate spent a half hour trying to get her car into a spot on time, because they hadn't salted and there was tons of ice even a week after a snow storm! Claimed there was no problem with our dryer vent to outside, which hadn't been cleaned in years; we ended up fixing it and cleaning it, but of course can't guarentee that other residents are doing the same, so make sure to get renter's insurance in case your unit's catch on fire (okay, so that is a bit dramatic, but you never know, since they don't place unit or resident safety on their priority list). Dead bolt not included in rent - they charge you outrageous price to install one.
Our neighbors to one side are a little noisy sometimes, but overall that hasn't been too bad.
Definitely do not recommend living here. We can't move out fast enough.
