My biggest concern regarding Southgate would be general sanitation. Litter and garbage are scattered all over the grounds and are not picked up on a regular basis. A grocery store bag may blow around the property for two weeks before it is properly collected. Another point about the grounds is the overwhelming amount of dog crap everywhere. Inside the buildings themselves, the hallways are improperly vacuumed and smell awful.
Management here is hard to comment on because they are not around to do so. The office closes early on a regular basis or it just does not open. A couple of months ago, a notice was sent to the residents stating the office would be extending office hours to 5:30 pm. That would have been an improvement?if they would actually do it.
