The big problem with Southgate Apartments is the organization and the maintenance, it takes them forever to do anything you ask. There are 15 apartments in our complex and two laundy machine, one never worked with hot water, the other has been broken for more than a month, we asked over and over again for a replacement but the manager "did not remember to order it", and we are still waiting.
