My fiancee and I have lived here for two years and were definitely not pleased with the apartment we received under our lease. Despite being slightly disgruntled about our poor carpeting, torn up kitchen tiling, no paint job, or previous cleaning we decided to stay. The new management is making improvements for the better and now we are going to a two bedroom in the same building. The management here is willing to work with you if you talk with them. Remember, no one is perfect, screaming will not solve problems and if you are not willing to go into the office and voice concerns as an adult then how can they possibly get addressed'' I would definitely recommend this complex to a friend, but also tell them that they need to realize work will need done. Voice concerns, issues, and ask that repairs be made prior to move in and put into written agreement.
