I've lived here before Southgate was owned by Continental and had no problems but as soon as Continental took over it went downhill. They treat Southgate residents horribly, will not give guest passes even though there are many open spaces, say they will "assess the situation" and then never do. The front desk woman is snippy and rude and could care less about Southgate residents. Fell on the ice they failed to remove for several days. I would not rent from Continental ever again.
