I have to say I am a bit surprized by these reviews. I just signed my lease here, and can't wait to move in. I stayed for a week in my friends apartment to get a feel for the place, and it was awesome. I think that the bad reviews are written by people with ulterior motives, like getting back at the management for charging them for damaging their apt or something. I can't wait to move in!

How can you even begin to post a review for a place you've never lived in? Southgate Apartments are a ---- hole. That would be like me staying at Neverland Ranch for a day. It's all great fun, but when you stay any longer, you get molested.

I agree with Anon. There is no way you can evaluate Southgate/Continental before you even move in. I was treated really well until I moved in as well. Since then I have had nothing but problems. The staff is SO RUDE! They don't give a damn about Southgate residents, and the maintenance staff never does a thing. The fact that you posted about your excitement prior to even moving in, and that you gave the apartments full points on things you have no basis for evaluation simply suggests that you are a troll and work for Southgate/Continental.
