State College Park enlisted Conservice to help regulate its water and electrical usage. This is a fake attempt to act environmentally conscious. Almost every appliance provided is outdated and inneficient. Conservice charges the apartment complex as a whole for overages. Even though these overages could be directly correllated to lack of investment in energy efficient appliances, the burdon of this cost is shifted to the tenants. What a profitable attempt to look concerned for the environment. If it were genuine I would expect an immediate replacement of all outdated appliances.
