I have lived here for two years and the management, as others have mentioned, is horrible. I have been waiting for a year for the office manager to get back to me about an incident when the maintenance staff left my heat and lights on in the dead middle of summer, which consequently ran up my utility bill. The office has yet to reimburse me for any of that bill. Also, I was towed from the parking lot once in the middle of the day when my parking sticker was in plain view, and the office refused to help me. These are only two of many issues that I have had while living at State College Park. The apartment appliances are old and do not work well, the furniture for the most part is ratty and some of it is downright disgusting. The items are never replaced even if the office charges the previous tenant for them being in poor shape and in need of replacement. Overall the management is the worst part, closely followed by the fact that they lie to their customers once the lease is signed.
