Now i just found out about this ratings site so i have not lived at the point in over a year and things might about changed, but i doubt it.

With what i have erad from the people above some is agree some i don't. I find that the apartments were not perfectly clean when moving in, but i can deal with that, just don't expect me to pay when i move out. I never really used the theater room or tanning bed, didn't need to leave my apt had a great system there already. maintenance was always prompt, friendly and finished the work in good time. The office staff was current residetns who i think were given cheap rent for working there i don't know but they were nice to me. The only thing i had a problem with is when i moved out the tried to rob my security deposite charging me to clean the apartment that they never cleaned when i first moved in. With 2 phone calls to the manager and account manager i got my deposite back 100%. I argued that they could only charge me for what I damaged or left dirty. Thank god for check in sheets, MAKE GOOD RECORDS BEFORE YOU TURN IT IN. Because of my list of damages i didn't have to pay for any damages left that were never fixed.

Parking was a problem because there was no promise that you could park infront of your building, but resident parking was not that big of a deal if you didn't mind waling 200 feet. Visitor parking did suck big time.
