Sure, everything at The Pointe *looks* nice, but appearances can be deceiving. Not nearly enough parking for both residents and guests, regular failures with services such as the computer lab and ethernet connection, shoddy construction which allows you to hear every noise that a neighbour makes, and frequently apathetic management make this a questionable buy, especially considering they are raising my rent to the low low price of $450 -- for my bedroom in this 3 bedroom apartment (do the math, kiddies, that's $1315 for a 3 bedroom apartment). Get real, JPI... this place ain't worth $395 much less $450!! University Commons may not be as pretty but it has much better management and it's a much better value... run, do not walk, away from JPI and The Pointe.
