Someone once said, "If the walls could talk..." Well at The Pointe, they do. The walls are so thin that you can hear every conversation that your neighbours are having. You can even hear when they fart and that's not even funny. They claim that the high price for rent accounts for the internet service, game room, and workout area. However, since the internet service is down more times than not, the workout room always has an abundance of broken equipment, and the game room is mostly under repair, I'm not sure where my extra rent money is going!

The Pointe does have a few good aspects. It's clean, it has a washer and dryer in each unit and each person has their own bathroom. However, lack of storage space, parking space, and kitchen space is also a problem.
