I decided to move to the pointe after spending 2 miserable years at State College Park. I wanted a place that was quiet and relatively nice, but that's not what I got. I spent several nights listening to my neighbors yell at 4am, was charged over 250 dollars for a carpet that was in the same condition when I moved in, and my entire building would shake anytime someone closed a door. The units were fairly nice, but if you're looking for a quiet place look elsewhere.

Would the building really shake when someone slammed a door? Kinda strange...
