Worst place I've ever lived because of management

Everything these negative review say are true. I like to think that I'm a reasonable person, but basically the pointe will try to screw you over any way they can. They will murder you with move-out fees, even if your apartment is in great condition and VERY clean (way above the security deposite). They still wanted to charge for car port useage even after they collpased under snow. Parking is HORRIBLE, and they still like to block off spaces because "tennants have abused their privelages".
Everything at the pointe may look nice, but it is made EXTREMELY cheaply. Things break all the time, and they try to charge you for it. I would be VERY careful if you are thinking about living here. I've hear story after story about the pointe trying to screw money out of people. It is the worst place I've ever lived.
