This place has walls that, in addition to being made of cardboard, are so thin that you can hear every conversation that occurs outside the apartment in perfect detail. I for instance, know the work schedule of the guy in the next building. You hear everything. That includes the frat boy parties that go on until 5 in the morning, even on weeknights. The management will do nothing about it, and so you suffer. And the stereo of everyone in the building is audible through your floor, ceiling, walls, whatever. There is nowhere in the apartment that you cannot hear every move and word of your roommates. You have no privacy, and the place is made so cheaply that it's falling apart already.

And the beds actually leave MARKS in the skin because the mattresses are so cheap. You feel every spring. And you can't get out of your lease, so you're trapped forever. If it sounds too good to be true, it IS. The Pointe is horrible. Worst choice you could possibly make.

So what is management supposed to do after they've notified the apartment again and again?
