I loved living here!

When I was looking for a place to live in State College, The Pointe was the only place I'd even considering living at. The placest downtown were noisy and dirty and I definitely didn't want to share a bathroom, and especially not a bedroom. I did my dorm time...
Every bedroom is a private one and you get your own bathroom. I don't know why people say "the walls are soooo thin" cause I rarely ever heard my roommates unless they were blaring music. Of course you're going to have the occasional party on a weekend, but it's college... get over it. Plus, the rooms are furnished with nice furniture so you don't have to bring your own. Sometimes maintenace was a little slow at getting stuff fixed, but they always finished it.
I've worked for apartments before and I know first hand that usually the people that complain are the people that caused problems. Don't believe what you read until you check it out for yourself. If there was a problem with management, it was probably started by the resident and when the office was simply following corporate rules, that's when they became the bad guys. I love the office staff here... they helped me out a lot when I wasn't getting along with my roommates. They found me a new apartment and didn't even charge me anything.
The people who say that The Pointe "robbed them blind" proabably left a nasty apartment when they moved out and the office had to charge to have it cleaned up. If you follow the cleaning guidelines, get your carpets shampooed and make sure you fill out a move-in form when you first move in, you'll be fine.
Don't knock it til you try it... I wouldn't have lived anywhere else!

Um, actually no. You're 100% wrong and making bad assumptions. 5th graders could manage a apartment complex more efficiently.
