When I moved in, our apartment was disgusting. They did no cleaning (although I'm sure they charged the previous tenants). They had cleaners come in but they did a crappy job that they might as well have not bothered. I wrote down EVERY LITTLE THING that was wrong with the place on the inspection sheet they give you and yet, when I moved out, they charged for things they made up. I left the apartment in better shape than when I got there. Rent was way too high for what you get and maintenance never comes when you put in a work order. I put a work order in 4 times before somebody came (and didn't even fix anything) and I even talked to the same person about fixing it.

There's never anywhere to park and not nearly enough guest spaces so if you ever have anybody over, park at a neighboring complex.

Overall, your own bathroom is nice, but definitely not worth the trouble. The management doesn't know anything and if there's ever a problem, they won't help you.
