This was the best place I ever lived. Whenever I called maintenece they came ASAP. I really enjoyed it here. I never had any problems with the people in the office, they are very nice and never misplaced any of my deposits on the rent. The fitness center is average, but I enjoyed it. The basketball court is only half court, but not many people worked out in the gym late at night, I basically had the court to myself shooting around at night. The pool is kind of small but I did not care for that. The bills were never outrageous. I loved the central AC, and never had any probelms with the dishwasher or laundry machines that are placed inside the apartments. I was lucky enough to have 2 other roommates that always had their part of the bills so that we call could pay the equal amount. When my car was stuck in a large pile of snow the maintenece guy dug me out with his constuructionlike machine and got me out. I was very happy with living there. My friends that lived there had some probelms with their rent money being mixed up but I never had any problems with them. I would love to live there again if I could but I graduated PSU this summer.
