I guess this is the type of place you go to vent! I was told by a friend about this website because he was angry with his own apartment complex (not The Pointe) and wanted to vent. I just had to speak up. I have lived here - going on two years now and everything here has been fine. You have to remember that this is a college town - you are going to get college apartments with college roommates and neighbors. You get what you pay for. The office people have always been nice, maintenance is always there within a couple of hours and my apartment is fine. It is too common that you hear from the unhappy people, what about the happy ones that stay silent' I don't know how many tenants live here but I know it is at least 700-800 people. If they all wrote in - these averages would me more accurate. I guess I just wanted to make sure the happy people are heard. Thank you.
