Not so great, but not so bad.

I lived here for 1 year while attending PSU. When I first got there, I was impressed. Everything looked really nice in the model and it was huge. No sooner do I sign the lease, I see my apartment and its about 1/2 the size of the model. Ok, so maybe thats my faut for not viewing it first. Moving along... the bills for heating the place are insane! I had a bill for over $400 for just one month. Either way, this was before it was under new management.

The only thing that really ticked me off about living here was if my friends came over and they were forced to park in a "tenant" spot because there were no "guest" spots left...then having a tow truck snatch their vehicle...

All In all, I had a bad time and was not a happy camper, however it was a nice property, well located and fairly priced. Might be worth looking into, just be cautious cause if management is anything like the last, you may not be pleased.
