Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I lived here for three years and it has continually been getting worse and worse. The management cares nothing for the people who decide to live in this complex. The insulation is very horrible, to the degree where my apartment was solely insulated by the apartments above and below me (I tested it. I kept my apartment at 68 degrees in the winter with the heat off due to the apartment below me). I know a friend however who lives on the ground floor and she spends an exorbitant amount on utilities.
