This is my second year living here, only b/c I was to lazy to look for a new apartment(i know my fault). I agree with the majority of the reviewers on here. The only good thing about this place is that you get your own bathroom and own bedroom(which I could get from Copper Beech for about the same price). MY apartment was filthy when I moved in and since I lived in bedroom "A", my room was BLAZING hot when the rest of the apartment would be freezing. My two roommates moved out and they did not even inform me that I had two new roommates moving in!!! Someone apporached me on "Facebook" and told me that she was moving into my apartment, I had no idea who she was or any information on her. When I called the Pointe to get info on my new roommate they gave me the run around and told me they couldn't give me the info and that I should've gotten a sheet, which i obviously didn't!!! Nevermind the continous maintence men that continued to just let themselves into my apartment all summer after knocking only once and definately not waiting for me to answer. that was fun, coming out in my underwear to my kitchen to find men walking back and forth through my apartment. Staff is just very unprofessional.
