This will be my third year here and my final year (only cause I will be graduating). I can't really make any complaints. I loved having my own private bath in my room. Also the washer and dryer were nice to have in your own apt. Maintenance were always respectful, always knocking, and waiting several minutes before entering, and announcing themselves upon entrance. Any maintenance requests were done within days. A request was made on a Saturday about a squeeky dryer, and it was fixed Monday morning. Never had any problems with the garbage disposal, dishwasher, or any other appliance. The insulation (or lack there of) is bad, but I haven't figured out how people had bills over 400! The highest bill I have had in the three years was about $150, and we are on the bottom floor, on a corner, which will be colder then the apts above. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The computer lab and gym are nice. I used the tanning bed several times, and took advantage of the free movie rentals. The only thing that really bothered me is guest parking. My fiance comes up often and on several occasions was forced to park at a neighboring complex, or even at Wal-mart. So guest parking spaces need to be increased in numbers, or they should give each apt one guest parking. Other then that, I have been happy here, but am definitely ready to move on.
