The Pointe is not a good place to live. Rent is going up. Hardwood floors and new carpeting. The new carpeting is absoultely necessary b/c our carpet was tanked when we moved in. I had candle wax on my floor when I moved in which proved they never cleaned the apartment after the old tenants left. Also, I scrubbed my bathroom when I moved in b/c the shower was absolutely disgusting. I have three or four times asked to have weather stripping to be put on our doors b/c there are massive gaps and energy efficiency is completely obsolete, but the weather stripping has never been placed.
