I have had so many problems with this place in the past year and a half that it was definitely not worth living here. My heat wasn't working properly for an entire year, I've had a hole in my kitchen floor since I moved in, they're renovating the apartments while we're still living here and still charging us full rent, and there is an overall lack of concern for tenants. My roommates rent check was accidently sent in as some kind of payment from The Pointe to another company, then she was told she never paid it. I had packages delivered here that the office said they didn't have on four separate occasions when I asked, while they had them the entire time. Vendors came in and left my front door wide open while nobody was home. Whenever I have an issue, I go to the office to discuss it and nothing is done. If my father calls in, however, changes are made. This shows the way they think they can walk all over college students and show no respect. I could go on and on, but the smoke dector that I put a maintence request in for five days ago because it's batteries are dying finally stopped beeping, so I need to get some school work done while I can concentrate. (I know I could change the battery myself, but then I could also get fined for tampering with a smoke detecor.)
