The Pointe is decent. Its definitly not the worst place to live (ive heards horror stories about rats downtown!). Maintenance sucks during the summer (they pretty much come in whenever they want to replace things for the new year, unless you have insisted that you be notified before someone enters your appt in your lease. Loved having my own bathroom and laundry. The only thing that sucks is that they dont clean well enough after a tenant moves. If this is the case refuse to move in until it gets clean! Most people with an issue dont know thier rights as tenants! I had my insider in the office and I got everything that I need. Also If you want to park close to your building...especially on football weekends...get the covered parking the best $15 i ever spent.
