I don't have a problem with this place.

I've lived in an efficiency apartment here for 2 years and haven't had too many problems.

I was recently locked out of my apartment because my key broke in the door and the manager himself actually came to unlock it.

He was very nice.

Anytime I've had any issues requiring maintenance, they came by within a day to check it out.

The apartment walls are a little thin, so if you have a rude neighbor that likes to listen to loud TV or music, you will definitely hear it.

All depends on your neighbors though.
