Don't expect a Security Deposit Back

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I lived at Westside Village for 2 years and they are very shady. At the end of the 2 years, they charged us with all new furniture and a new refrigerator (because the current ones were old and they wanted to replace them) so it was deducted from our security deposit. The refrigerator was perfectly fine and was in working order, but they insisted it needed replaced and was charged to our security deposit. Very shady company. Stay away from them at all costs.
