Apartment units are OK, but TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOUR CARPETING. From my experiences, the apartment manager will make every effort to make you replace it, even if it's in good shape. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL TENANTS TO TAKE THREE FULL DAYS TO DO YOUR OWN MOVE-IN INSPECTION...AND BE VERY THOROUGH. The apartment Manager displays signs of insatiable greed and seems to make every effort to retain your security deposit after you vacate. If you have kids and/or pets, find another location to reside.
