As a resident of this community for almost 2 years, I can honestly say I have nothing to complain about. I lived very near the office and got to know the staff and was very impressed by the way they ran the community. The manager is a very savvy professional who was flexible and fair with us. She is not a push over and will deal with a situation in the community if need be. I am guessing the people who have left negative reviews were entitled to the treatment they recieved. They made no attempts to keep our security deposit whatsoever. It was returned two weeks after we moved out. The grounds are simply beautiful, the maintenance team is FAST and friendly, and the units are quite nice for the price. I have no reservation about reccomending this community!
