The Galman Group has bought and is managing Pottsgrove since December of 2005. Things have been great and the Townhomes are wonderful. There's a pool, playground, and more. The maintenance guy is great- knows his stuff and the staff is nice.

They do allow pets which is a bonus and have a pet walk.

they have a dog run which is filled with wood chips and is a sad sorry excuse for an exercise area.

Long time residents tell me it was a great place to live before Galman Group took over. Since then, the object is profit and the tenants comfort is secondary. This place charges $500/pet and the dog park is a sorry excuse for that price. I gate is broken, needs mulch, and lots of people don't pick up their dog's waste. Town homes have no insulation and heating costs can run $300/mo. Sound travels right through the walls. My advice, if Galman Group runs it, run away.
