there is definitely not enough parking for families that have 2 cars and the management is unhelpful. i've asked 3 times for a copy of my lease and will be calling again to today.
other than that, it's VERY safe - police patrol regularly, and there has not been a single incident since we moved in. it's clean and quiet - as a woman, i have no problem walking the dog after dark. the playground is nice and the grounds well-kept - there are never enough chairs at the pool and it's small, but it's nice to have.

Police do patrol but in most cases they are here responing to some dispute or crime. Parking is unenforced and certain vechiles take up two and three spots. Although it is not allowed, the place looks like Pep Boys on the weekend. The management is reluctant to provide the lease. They don't want you to know what's in it. Briefly, year to year, $50 annual increase built in, 90 days notice or they 'gotya for another year. Wait til you see the move out charges, how's $7.50 for a Walmart quality ice cube tray. Most places charge 2 mos SD for tenants who need to break their lease. Not this place, try 3 mos SD, which is almost $4000. This place is run by the Galman Group which has a very nasty reputation.
