Pottsgrove Townhomes

I have lived at Pottsgrove Townhomes for a few months and it's not the best place to live if you have children or pets. The walls are very thin and your neighbors can hear almost everything as well as you can smell everything from townhome to townhome, including whatever they cook as well as cigarette smoke thru the ventilation. The dummpsters are always overflowing because they pick the trash up once a week and it always smells pretty bad when in the parking area. However if you want to pay 900 a month you do get a private entrance with your own little lanscaped area and my townhome was pretty up to date as far as appliances and cabintry go, washer and dryer are stackables, no new carpet though and the floorboards upstairs are seriously creaky. It is also very small. It is very safe in this area..so far no problems, and they do have the pool and playground. So I do recommend living here as long as your willing to take into consideration what I mentioned above as well as if your willing to pay this much..i think they should at least bring the prices down to 800..LOL thankyou for reading.

I agree with this post. There is no insulation in the walls. My electric bills are outrageous. Keeping the heat at 68 degrees with moderate use of the washer, dryer, and dishwasher my usage high was over 2500kwh costing around $300. In my last place I never used more than 1200kwh in the coldest or hottest months.
