the stay at the townhomes was good, the management was friendly and the neighbors were nice. my roommate and i received our security deposit today, our lease ended in july, and from 900 we received 22 dollars each. we were charged 700 dollars for carpets being replaced, when the carpets easily could have been shampooed and cleaned, where the other 100 dollars went to cleaning. this place is ridiculous you will be charged for everything. i also received a lot of grief from the management when i had to extract my queen sized bed from my room upstairs, the wall needed to be knocked out, which was fine with the previous manager, but the new one tried to make me pay for it

Thanks for you honest review. As a resident I understand what you mean about the carpet. Carpet appears to be low quality with a 1/8" nap. I also experience the same thing trying to move in with a queen size bed. I suggest legal action or at least file a complaint with the BBB. You may also try the state attorney general. You can find the SAG on the PA website.

Well if you put things on your carpets like bikes and dirty engines you will have to replace the carpets and you should pay the cost. It's not normal wear and tear when you work on auto stuff in your apartment. You realize when you move there that some beds will not fit don't force them. You got back what you were suppose to.

WOW...the 11/29 poster was rude!! I agree about the carpets, it's not like they even replace them with anything that great!!
