When we moved in we came from an apartment complex. It is very quiet here. Our neighbors are very quiet too. Can hear music but it doesn't bother us at all.
We had some issues in the beginning and they got resolved but it took calling the big guys. Since then we have had no problems. The one thing I would like to mention is if you have an HDTV you will have to call comcast to put new wiring for your TV if you want good quality connection. We were told by comcast that they did offer to put it in and the company said no. It wouldn't have cost the company one red penny and they said no. One other thing I figured out don't run water upstairs if you are using the washing machine it will short out the sub pump. They have a sub pump that pumps water upstairs from the washer. I did this and flooded the kitchen and dining room and living room. I doubt they even realize it. It is a nice community but not to many people stay for one reason or another. The most I hear from my neighbors is poor communication with office worker and maintance people.
Very slow in response if it's not a flood. What I like is you can pay your rent via mail don't have to really deal with anyone every month just if something needs fixed.

I agree with the above post. Call upper management to get things done or for minor repairs ask the maintenance man directly. This site manager does her best to avoid or delay any repair. Maintenance here is OK. It is the management that is the problem. This place is managed my the Galman Group, 261 Old York Rd, Ste 110, 19046, 215-886-2000.
