My girlfriend & I have been living here for almost a year, and I really can't complain about too much. We rarely ever hear our neighbors through the walls, never enough to consider it a disturbance. Dogs are allowed, and there's plenty of space for them to play outdoors, along with a fenced in dog park. The biggest issue is that some people let their dogs off leashes and some don't clean up after them, which is just gross. But there's not a whole lot management can do about that. They did put in some "clean up stations" equipped with baggies and a trashcan to try to encourage people to pick up after their animals. Other than that, I really can't offer any complaints. The kitchen is small, but there's a bathroom on each floor, and having the bedrooms upstairs makes it feel more like an actual house. The appliances are newer and we haven't had any problems with them. I think the price is a little high for the size of the house, but overall a very nice place to live.
