Neighbors are not neighborly at all A horrible living experience. The doggie poop bags were not kept filled nor the trash cans emptied. The neighbors were horrible-nasty people who did nothing but sit outside and smoke, cuss and gossip. Just trash.

Under New Management The Galman Group has bought and is managing Pottsgrove since December of 2005. Things have been great and the Townhomes are wonderful. There's a pool, playground, and more. The maintenance guy is great- knows his stuff and the staff is nice.

Problems with management. Apartment staff is good, grounds well kept, homes ok. Apartment manager will give you problems though. She will give you a hard time over idiotic things. There are many other nice places to live.

careful with management! The homes are ok, the landscaping/groundskeeping gets out of hand sometimes. Be careful with management! Management will screw you. Once you you sign the lease they give you a hard time about every little thing.

Apartment Manager displays signs of insatiable greed Apartment units are OK, but TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOUR CARPETING. From my experiences, the apartment manager will make every effort to make you replace it, even if it´s in good shape. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL TENANTS TO TAKE THREE FULL
