well well well, where do i start, the maintenance. Our door didnt shut right since the day we moved in. We called to have him fix it, he bullpoood his way trying to tell me that if i was worried about safety that i should get one of those metal door things you see leaning up against the door. Oh yeah right, so another words, he didnt fix it. Then the toilet started to run, he fixed it, then a week later it broke again. Around the same time something was wrong with the electric going on and off in half our apartment, we called, and he came (ofcorse it was the next day because he never answers his pages on time. During the fixing process he heard the toilet run and said that "i thought i fixed that" i said yes, but its broken again. Needless to say its 3 months later and the toilet still runs. Then one day the toilet just overflowed because of the part that he said he would fix and the water flowed out of the downstairs bathroom and into our living room near our very expensive large tv. i called, he didnt come,so i threw down some towels to stop it and rigged the toilet so it wouldnt overflow. I waited for an answer to our new problem and another maintenance man who is much nicer called me and said that they are sending someone over to clean tomorrow. Ok yup. so this guy knocks on my door the next day and puts this fan on the carpet and says call the office tomorrow this should be dry by then. UMMMMMMM What'!'!''! so i had to clean up the remainder of the freakin mess. Well besides the many many roof leaks into the laundry room, the broken door, the runny toilet, horrible painting jobs, and patchwork of holes, Noisy NOISY tenants(college kids coming in at 3 am blasting rap music,setting off fireworks from their car while speeding away, kids or flaiming morons who come in and vandalize and pop tires, oh and the nice vodka bottle left on my front door.)OH such a wonderful place to live....i was being sarcastic...
