I've lived here for a few years and every year my rent is increased. Each year I say it's my last, but get too lazy to look elsewhere. The skunk problem use to be an issue for me, but it has been fixed. Maintenance is GREAT, but the heating is awful (way too hot upstairs and freezing downstairs). The place is pretty decent, but not worth the price of rent (cracked walls, awful paint jobs, poor structure).
