Have to agreee with your comments. First Montgomery Groups/Fairways are forcing us to buy our electic from an unknown broker. We are not receiving any rates as to what the cost will be. Oh sorry, we will receive the rates with our first bill. Wonder what they will do if we do not accept ConServe''' Turn off our electric''' We are still fighting them and the response is "WE OWN THE PROPERTY AND WE CAN DO WHAT WE WANT". The office staff is either rude or this is the first time they hear about a problem.
