I liked most things about the Fairways, but squirrels got in my home twice and i feel it should have been prevented the second time. Maintenance wasn't proactive enough to find out HOW the first one got in. The squirrels did lots of damage to my place since they couldn't find their way out. Not cool.

The gym is very convenient, but people stole weights from it and they were never replaced. Also, people stole the water machine (this is all according to the management). Pretty lame for an "upscale" priced place. I think the number codes should have been different for each tenant so it could be tracked. Either that or they should have bolted stuff down.

I like the separate entrances and i did have quiet neighbors. Hardly heard outside noise. Wish the mailboxes were closer to the apts. Increase in rent was horrendous! $80! Plus, i don't think the 1 BR was worth $855 for sure, even if it was close to the R5 train.
