Lived there for 2 years, maintenance is a joke. Extremely incompetent. They will come look at the problem and don't come back for weeks to fix and then they still don't get it right. Don't trust maintenance alone in your home lose change will end up missing. Always paid my rent on time and left town home in great condition (have pictures to prove!) Only received 25% of my security deposit back. Staff is incompetent, snotty and rude. If you live there make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and double check how they word things. These people are crooks. Also don't be surprised to see a rent increase of 300% for an additional year if you even consider renewing a lease. People let dogs run lose allover the property. Unsafe playground equipment. Parking is a disaster. The pool is always very dirty, noisy and has way too much chlorine in it. Many break-ins and thefts. Utility bill was always outrageous. Bad insulation and cheap furnace and air conditioning. Pipes will freeze and bust. Signs where erected to advice tenants to let foucits drip and to leave doors open to keep pipes from freezing. Lawn company will wake you at 8 AM on sunday mornings with the lawnmowers. DO NOT MOVE THERE> YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!
