The complaints are accurate. If you are considering moving here, do not move into 5,6,7, or 8 Fairway Lane. The resident in 7 Fairway Lane is absolutely horrendous. We've been here since September and for the most part has been pleasant--HOWEVER, the resident at 7 Fairway slams her door so hard the building shakes. She yells for her cat, "Tigger". Finally, you'll be treated to loud TV and radio sounds. Oh, I forgot! Running the vacuum at 1:30 in the morning.

Besides allowing ignorant, thoughtless residents as others have alluded to, the buildings are horrible. Yes, they are old, so I don't know how much they can do. However, the insulation is poor and A LOT of noise is audible inside the apartment. The lawn maintenance guys should be confined to doing their thing M-F during business hours when everyone is at work. Sat or Sun is not the time to hear leaf blowers buzzing for hours. The apartment construction is poor as when someone closes their door rather hard, the whole building shakes. Concrete evidence of poor construction. No fan in the bathroom. Isn't this 2004'!'! Only 1 cable outlet'! Again, isn't this 2004' 7' high ceilings in bathroom'! Again...this is 2004, right' Landscaping is OK, but a lot of it INTERFERES with a driver's view when navigating through the complex. PennDOT has rules regarding sight triangles and many of the shrubs interfere with these sight triangles.
