"The apartment was newly renovated, prior to us moving in, with all new appliances, heating/cooling system, flooring, carpeting, paint, electrical rewiring, etc." Well DUH. All the apartments have been renovated. You are obviously an AMATEUR, because if you know anything about build quality, you'd know QUALITY here is POOR! We have brand new dishwasher too and not even a year is up and rattles like crazy. Cheapness! The (interior and exterior) doors don't even shut right. The frames are not finished. Amateur workmanship. Obviously, you don't know any better because you think this is the greatest. Wake the hell up and smell the coffee. I'd like to show you some homes around the area where you can OWN them for less than you pay here and MUCH better QUALITY. Or, if you're not interested in owning, there are several apartment complexes around comparable in price that will exceed the "standards" of this dump. "We have used the gym equipment and sauna several times." Yeah RIGHT! I hope you disinfected yourself afterwards. Anyone who really lives here and has visited or used that gym knows it is downright DISGUSTING and UNSANITARY.
