I have been here long enough to figure out where my car belongs,(the spaces aren't assigned, but there is room enough for us) I am not afraid to engage in conversation with our neighbors here,(everyone seems very pleasant and I have seen neighbors come and go here the next is just as nice as the last who left) we all get along, we still each enjoy our own level of privacy, I have never heard a peep through the walls or from the streets or parking areas. It is always quiet and peacefull, we have many birds and squirrels that live in the trees and field areas here. My appliances and enire townhome are above satisfactory. To be honest this place is far above and beyond any other community I have looked at. I must have spent two months non stop searching to find somewhere I could feel comfortable calling home. I plan to live here for many years to come.
