Are you kidding me' Absolutely HORRENDOUS maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
OK, it recently snowed here. NOBODY shoveled the freaking sidewalks or salted. The walks that are shoveled are done so because the RESIDENTS -- NOT THE MAINTENANCE CREW WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO DO THE WORK -- shoveled out themselves. Lord knows if some unsuspecting guest would walk down and slip because the unattentiveness of the maintenance staff. Don't even get me started on the poor plowing of the parking lots and around the common mailbox.
