I have lived here at the fairways for about 9 months now. They have beautiful well kept grounds. The staff is very respectful and very professional. They have many amenities to keep you busy, espcailly if you have children. I have read many of the reviews and I don't feel they way many of them feel. This property is very quiet in the evenings and the townhomes are well worth the price for what townhomes have in them, a jacuzzi, a golf course view, balconies, washer, dryer, fireplaces,large kitchens, bsmts, etc...
I don't know how anyone can say anything bad about this community unless it was for some uncalled for reason.

Jeez, with the way the word "respectful" is thrown around here, you'd think the same person was writing all these positively "respectful" reviews, eh Charlie? Oh, and your lack of spelling skills is showing again, Chuck.
