We (unfortunately) lived at the 'Fairways' for 1.5 years while our house was being built. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

When we moved out they stuck us with a $1400 bill citing the carpet needed to be replaced. There was no damage to the carpet whatsoever.

My advice: STAY AWAY

They TRIED to do the same with us. Stuck us with a bill of 780 for a bleach stain on the carpet which was already there when we moved in and noted so , They also said a small chip on the stove the size of a pencil eraser cost 380 to fix!!!!. They said they would put it on our Credit if we didn't pay and we said buddy if you even try we will sue you for all it's worth as we were smart enough to have it all in writing that these things were already there when we moved in and signed by the management! We also had pictures with dates on them .So if you are UNWISE enough to move there ,be sure to document every chip, stain and scuff and have the management sign it BEFORE you move in and then keep it in a safe place.. Oh yea you will not get your deposit back when you move out, it goes to pay for the last electric bill!
